All clients must be 18 or over and provide ID on the day.

If you cannot provide ID when requested your treatment will not go ahead.

A non refundable deposit will be taken at time of booking.

We understand that occasionally you may need to rearrange or cancel an appointment for a number of reasons.
If you should need to rearrange you may do so once, on the same deposit and within 30 days of cancellation by giving us no less than 48 hours' notice.

You will loose your deposit if your cancel your appointment within 48 hours before or arrive later than 15 minutes to your appointment.
